On July 26th, in order to improve the effectiveness of company employees' communication and create a harmonious and efficient working atmosphere, we carried out in the conference room a staff training with the theme of “effective communication”. The training was divided into three parts: interpersonal communication, management communication, and organizational communication.
The trainer Dr. Wu Daoyou, who is deputy director of Human Resources Management Institute of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, analyzed the communication response of everyone with an unique test and explained how to effectively improve communication skills during working. All participants indicated that they had benefited from the training.
Training only serves as an inspiration, what is more important is the self-improvement and comprehension of employees' follow-up. Doer Biologics will provide significative training for employees at all stages if they need and help them give full play to their talents.
