The Hangzhou Government issued an official notice on September 27, 2016, in which it was notified that 35 companies including Doer Biologics were qualified members of “QING LAN” project of Hangzhou,2016.The“QING LAN” project of Hangzhou focus on cultivating and supporting a group of high technology-based enterprises with strong competitiveness and remarkable development potential. During the implementation period, the Hangzhou Government shall make overall arrangements for special funds each year, and support the enterprises listed in the "QING LAN" project in the form of project funding, project financing, grants, and other policy support.
