Design and optimize multiple antibody libraries, and lead efficient screening using yeast/phage/mammalian cell display technologies.
Capable of introducing AI-aided antibody design (e.g., structure prediction, affinity virtual screening).
Explore and establish novel antibody discovery platforms, and drive cross-platform technology integration and upgrading.
Proficient in mammalian cell transient/stable transfection technologies; optimize antibody expression (e.g., CHO/K293 systems) and establish high-yield stable cell lines.
Lead antibody humanization, affinity maturation, functional optimization and PTM optimization, and drive the identification of candidate molecules.
Doctoral degree in Immunology, Molecular Biology or other related fields, with more than 6 years of experience in early-stage antibody development.
Profound mastery of molecular cloning and vector design, proficient in mammalian cell expression systems, and with experience in high-yield cell line development.
Having established or optimized at least two antibody discovery platforms, and capable of independently designing the upgrading roadmap for antibody discovery platforms.
Familiar with cutting-edge technologies such as gene editing and AI-enabled antibody design.
Excellent organizational, communication and team management capabilities.
