Supervisor, New Drug Development (Protein Purification)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research on recombinant protein purification processes, including small-scale and pilot-scale process development;

2. Participate in protein purity analysis, protein structure and function studies, etc.;

3. Draft purification-related management documents, process protocols, cleaning protocols, batch records, SOPs, new drug application materials, and other documentation;

4. Responsible for the routine maintenance and management of purification-related equipment and the selection of consumables;

5. Independently review professional literature to solve technical challenges and design/optimize experimental protocols.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related field;

2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience;

3. Experience in recombinant protein purification, optimization, or analytical method development is preferred;

4. Ability to independently perform experimental operations in accordance with SOPs and write standardized, clear experimental reports;

5. Demonstrates a spirit of exploration; able to independently complete and execute exploratory experiments under supervision, analyze data, and write experimental reports.
