Under guidance, design and validate experimental methods, analyze purification abnormalities and propose solutions, and consult literature to optimize experimental protocols.
Assist in drafting relevant sections of regulatory submission documents, patents, research papers, and SOPs.
Be responsible for the preparation of common reagents, sterilization of equipment, and routine maintenance and validation of assigned instruments.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Master's degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Bioengineering, or related fields, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Familiar with the principles of purification and separation; able to select chromatography resins based on protein characteristics; proficient in operating AKTA purification systems and related equipment.
Experience in recombinant protein purification or analytical method development is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
