Independently perform the entire process of ADC drug conjugation reactions, formulation preparation, and stability studies; accurately record and organize experimental data and submit it to superiors for review.
Under the guidance of supervisors, design and conduct experiments related to conjugation process development. Propose feasible solutions to issues encountered during the conjugation process based on literature research.
Assist in drafting content related to the conjugation process for drug submission documents and patents, as well as SOPs, ensuring accuracy, standardization, and completeness.
Responsible for the preparation of common reagents, sterilization of equipment, and regular maintenance and validation of assigned instruments.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Master's degree or higher in Bioengineering, Biopharmaceuticals, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in protein purification; experience with ADC conjugation is preferred.
Familiarity with common analytical methods such as SDS-PAGE and SEC, with certain problem-analysis skills.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; proactive work attitude, able to adapt to the pace and challenges of R&D projects.
