Establish and execute various immunoassay methods (WB, ELISA).
Be responsible for cell-based activity analysis (including the establishment of various activity-measuring cell lines and methodology development).
Establish and conduct analytical methods for preclinical pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies.
Prepare relevant SOPs, validation protocols, and new drug application documentation.
Ph.D. degree or an experienced Master's degree holder.
Proficient in mammalian cell culture, cell transfection, ELISA, Western Blot, flow cytometry analysis, and related techniques.
Strong capability in literature review and search.
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
