Director of Drug Chemistry R&D (ADC Direction)

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the analysis of ADC drug targets, the selection and optimization of antibodies, linker and payloads, and complete the POC verification of ADC drug discovery;
2. Be able to take on key technical challenges independently, cooperate with internal teams to conduct various toxin-linker screening and improvement, and drive project progress to ensure timely completion;
3. Utilize internal and external platforms to establish a comprehensive ADC evaluation system, including antibody selection evaluation, ADC draggability evaluation, pharmacological evaluation, etc., to quickly advance the ADC R&D pipelines;
4. Stay up-to-date with industry R&D dynamics and trends, conduct literature searches and competitive product analyses to study drug targets; optimize drug molecular design based on database, target information, and tumor characteristics.
Requirements:
1. Major in organic chemistry, drug chemistry, or biology, with a master's degree or above, or a recent PhD in tumor drug development;
2. Rich experience in the field of drug chemistry, especially in the development of ADC small molecule toxins, familiar with the full process of ADC project development, with experience in advancing projects from discovery to clinical trials;
3. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ADC R&D, familiar with the entire process of key antibody conjugation technology, and understand the resources required for ADC pre-clinical evaluation;
4. Good communication skills and project management experience;
5. Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
