R&D Director (Innovative Biological Drug R&D Direction)

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the R&D management of the following 1-2 technical blocks: recombinant expression technology (cell expression system), CHO expression system process research, microbial (E. coli or yeast) expression system process research, recombinant protein/antibody/Fc fusion protein purification and characterization analysis, various in vitro/in vivo efficacy evaluation method research, innovative biological drug preclinical research, etc；

2. Participate in the project investigation, decision-making and project management of the company's innovative biological drug R&D, involved in tumor (TCB, ADC), metabolic (diabetes, obesity, non-alcoholic fatty liver and related), neovascularization (tumor, ophthalmology) and other fields;

3. Participate in the preparation of IND materials for biological drugs (domestic and international).

Job requirements

1. Doctor degree from Overseas, working experience in biologic drug development, research background in pharmaceutical industry is preferred;

2. Expertise at least one of the following skills: (1) High-throughput screening of antibody/single chain antibody/protein scaffold, discovery/ proof-concept/preclinical studies related to recombinant protein/monoclonal antibody /ADC/bispecific Ab; (2) CHO expression system technology; (3) Expression technology of microorganism system (Escherichia coli or yeast); (4) Structure analysis and quality study of antibody /Fc fusion protein; (5) Preclinical studies on biologic drugs;

3. Strong organizational leadership, communication and management skills;

4. Good command of English listening, speaking, reading, writing and data searching;

5. Remuneration: annual salary + project stage incentive + equity incentive.
