Responsibilities

1.Formulate preclinical development plans for drug candidates, promote the successful entry of the company's drug candidates into the clinical stage, interpret relevant preclinical research data, participate in the formulation of the company's new technology and drug candidate transformation research strategy;

2. Responsible for organizing the formulation and implementation supervision of preclinical and phase I study project management related system, process and SOP;

3. Communicate with and supervise preclinical CRO institutions, write and manage new drug applications and approval data (preclinical part);

4. Participate in the company's drug project research and project management, involved in tumor (TCB, ADC), metabolic (diabetes, obesity, non-alcoholic fatty liver and related), neovascularization (tumor, ophthalmology) and other fields;

5. Responsible for the progress and quality of preclinical research projects, and conduct regular/periodic evaluation and reporting;

6. Participate in the preparation of application materials for preclinical registration of biological drugs (domestic and international);

7. Participate in international cooperation management such as product authorization or project introduction.

Job requirements

1. Doctor degree in biology, clinical medicine or related fields, with overseas research/R&D experience, well-known pharmaceutical company experience is preferred;

2. More than 8-year research experience in translational medicine, such as tumor immunology and biological antibody drugs (including learning experience);

3. Familiar with the whole process of preclinical development of new drugs, and able to fully understand the purpose of preclinical to clinical transformation;

4. Good knowledge of GCP, clinical trial regulations, experience in clinical protocol design and research plan design;

5. Good command of English listening, speaking, reading, writing and data searching.
